"It's writing way outside of the box...." says co-producer Freddie Childs. "...When grouped with sister-singles such as "Hey Little Cutie", and "Till The Weatherman Frowns", the style of "Family Tree" and overall body of work edges in on the verge of a new genre of music....." These days, artists such as Amy Winehouse, have proven that the public appetite for the ingest of music from paths once traveled is slated for ravenous consumption. This potentially new genre is not about the 20-year cycle of "what is old is new again". Rather, it's a delicate blend of What was, and What is great music (WwW). And as all music must be pigeon-holed into a genre, we suppose that this one will forever be known as "WwW", a more than appropriate descriptor and technology acronym. Family Tree, written by songwriter Joe Kirsch and co-produced by the legendary Manhattan based underground Producer Freddie Childs, may be amongst a series of songs to be featured in a future sampler release of this style of vocal seasoned, retro vibe tunage.
