Songwriter Joe Kirsch is finalizing contracts to license two additional songs under an agreement
with a popular west coast music publishing company. The company has had
placements with MTV, HBO, DISNEY, and TRIMARK. This is the third JK composition under
contract with this flourishing publishing company.

Classic His & Her Duet Preps
For Pre-Production

Pre-Production and rehearsal sessions have started in the Joe Kirsch NYC
studio for a classic duet between 2 New York power house crooners.

The JK original "We Got To Make Up Some Time" (working title) promises to have the vintage
flavor of Ronnie Spector meets David Ruffin for a modern day R&B groove rendezvous.

Snow Patrol, Arctic Monkey's Call For
Lyrical Collaboration

Joe Kirsch has teamed up with a popular industry Lyricist and Producer to pen new material
ala Snow Patrol, MGMT, etc for submission to a high profile A&R group. The writing, and
tracking sessions were booked in a New York City studio through late August.

Update .....

Alternative Pop Rock band AshBoxClay signed on to record the new track. The title of the
tune is FIND YOURSELF. Because the new material was already slated for submission to a specific
A&R group, the AshBoxClay version of the song will not be scheduled for release until the
submission deal is fulfilled. More info to come.....

Drummer Shayne Harris
From Andy Warhol To Neil Bogart & Back!

From being sandwiched between Andy Warhol and David Cassidy in a famous
70s New York Rocker rag photo-op, to being part of the legendary band KISS opening
act, Luger, Drummer Shayne Harris has been around town -- and now he's
back recording a Joe Kirsch original!

Legendary Producer Tony Dayy takes on this classic comeback session,
featuring a timely Joe Kirsch original called Soldiers On The Run,.
The tracking of the much anticipated Soldiers On The Run sessions have concluded with epic
Producer TONY DAYY at the helm. Former LUGER, 70s Glam Band drummer
SHAYNE HARRIS has been around town -- and now he's back as one of the session
musicians on the Joe Kirsch original.

Shayne Harris has played with Ivan Kral, and was featured as part of the
New York Glam band scene with Street Punk, Luger, Teenage Lust, Wayne
County, The Harlots Of 42nd Street, the New York Dolls, and KISS.

Joe Kirsch now offers music industry mobile users the oppurtunity
to download full length MP3 and video files of his original catalog, as well as review
the latest news via the Joe Kirsch Mobile user site. The "soft launch" of the site
currently offers the most popular content of the main website, but displays it
in a way that is easily navigated using mobile devices such as iPhone,
Blackberry, and other handheld devices. This is a "work in progress", and will

Because final production and agreements are still in the works, specific names cannot be
released at this time. However there is major involvement by a former Sony/BMG Executive and a
Grammy winning Producer. The pre-production demo review by a former Sony/BMG Executive
was as follows:

".... This song has amazingly huge potential ......the way it starts...slow, methodic, but with a driven
cadence that allows the listener to understand that a crescendo is on the near horizon .... consistently building
adding strings, brass, kettles as the piece brings the listener, through strong vocals to the last
